Test Data Management with GenRocket/Delphix

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** -Strong experience in Test Data Management Strategies. - Good hands-on experience in GenRocket, Delphi tools. -Hands-on experience in scripting and automation capabilities using Python/Shell and Playwright. - Should have knowledge to support agile and DevOps-driven testing initiatives by ensuring availability, quality, and compliance of test data across environments. Good-to-Have -Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git. -Knowledge of AI implementation in TDM. **Preferred candidate profile** 1 Design, create, and maintain test data strategies to support functional, integration, and automation testing. 2 Implement and manage Test Data Management (TDM) solutions using GenRocket and Delphix. 3 Automate test data creation, subsetting, masking, and refresh processes. 4 Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting. 5 Integrate test data workflows into CI/CD pipelines. 6 Support UI and end-to-end test automation using Playwright. 7 Collaborate with QA, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure test data readiness. 8 Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (PII, GDPR, etc.). 9 Troubleshoot and resolve test data issues across environments. 10 Create and maintain technical documentation for TDM processes.
