Role : Test Leads/Test Engineers (Manual / automated) Core Banking /Payments Exp: 3-10yrs Drive Date : 16th Aug 2026 Mode of Interview : Face to Face Interview Interview Start Time : 10 AM- 1pm Location : **Tcs Olympus A Thane Mumbai** JD: Required Technical Skill Set 1. System Testing expertise in the specific domain for this the position is open – Core Banking / Loans Origination / Payments / Digital Banking . 2. Experience in Manual Testing of Core Banking systems including Functional & Regression testing 3. Exposure to test automation as a user or as a creator 4. Expertise in Client Interaction & Engagement related to the banking solutions delivery and Testing in specific 5. Experience in Quality reporting and using industry standard Testing an software development lifecycle tools 6. Expertise in Data and Process model in the specific domain 7. Certification in Quality Control / Testing 8. Excellent analytical abilities 9. Excellent Communication skills 10. Awesome team management skills 11. Mobility to travel across Geographies as per the demand of the job 12. Excellent documentation skills specially for Test Planning , Test Execution , Test Results Reports , Quality Metrics reporting 13. Testing of Functional Solution of TCS BaNCS Banking Applications in the area of Core Banking / Payments / Digital Banking / Loan Origination 14. Engaging with customers in context of test planning / test execution of the Functional Solution 15. Testing the Interfaces between TCS BaNCS and other applications to meet the required end to end functional flows 16. Work with the engineering teams on defect fixing , UI/UX enhancements 17. Prepare and delivery demonstration of system ( running the system)
