**Role & responsibilities** 1. System Testing expertise in the planning , managing and executing Quality Assurance / Testing for Core Banking systems 2. Experience in managing Manual &Automated Testing of Core Banking systems including Functional & Regression testing 3. Expertise in Quality Assurance , Quality Toll gates , Quality Measurement 4. Expertise in Client Interaction & Engagement related to the banking solutions delivery and Testing in specific 5. Very good understanding of Core Banking CASA , Deposits , Loans , Trade Finance , Payments , Teller Services **Preferred candidate profile** **Must-Have** 1. Certification in Quality Control / Testing 2. Excellent analytical abilities 3. Excellent Communication skills 4. Awesome team building & management skills 5. Mobility to travel across Geographies as per the demand of the job 6. Excellent documentation skills specially for Test Planning , Test Execution , Test Results Reports , Quality Metrics reporting **Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role** 1. Plannin , managing and executing testing of Functional Solution of TCS BaNCS Banking Applications in the area of Core Banking / Payments / Digital Banking / Loan Origination 2. Engaging with customers in context of test planning / test execution of the Functional Solution 3. Lead Quality Assurance related conversations in the Pre Sales stage 4. Making , fine tuning the strategy of Testing of Core Banking solution including the Interfaces between TCS BaNCS and other applications to meet the required end to end functional flows. AI experience will be an added advantage 5. Coordinating with engineering leadership through Causal analysis and Preventive Actions to improve on quality at source
