**Job Description** Job Description - Experience: 11+ years in Software QA, with 5+ years specifically in AI/GenAI implementation and legacy system modernization. - Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end testing delivery for the mainframe modernization program, ensuring on-time, risk-controlled validation across all phases (FUT β†’ SIT β†’ Parallel β†’ NFT β†’ UAT) aligned with overall program milestones, releases, and go-live readiness. - Proven experience in mainframe projects (testing, or migration programs). - Deep expertise in: - Mainframe technologies: COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, MQ - Mainframe modernization / migration programs - Strong experience in - Test governance & delivery - Drive AI-enabled test lifecycle. - Automation strategy - Mainframe automation - Experience to: - AWS System - DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Pipelines) - Own testing delivery plan aligned to program roadmap. - Define and control test scope vs timeline vs quality trade-offs - Establish traceable coverage model - Define and track delivery KPIs. - Lead risk & issue management. - Mastery of mainframe automation tools (e.g., Topaz, Galasa, Micro Focus UFT/LeanFT). - Strong expertise in automation/Scripting for Mainframe applications, Mainframe testing, Mainframe modernization, AWS Certified, IBM DB2, Python, AI - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Playwright, Java, or Rexx. - Drive the adoption of GenAI for automated test case generation, defect root-cause analysis. - Utilize AI to generate synthetic test data while maintaining data privacy compliance across large-scale mainframe environments. - Legacy Code Comprehension - Use AI-assisted tooling to understand complex and undocumented mainframe code, shortening learning curves and predicting potential failure points. - Familiarity with integrating AI-driven frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt-based testing tools into the SDLC.
