Gurugram, Haryana Job Summary This role is for an End-to-End Test Manager for an Oracle Cloud migration project. The position is not a Scrum team QA Lead role; it requires a Test Manager who can manage project testing across multiple platforms, products, business points of contact, and Oracle domain stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage project testing across cross-platform, product, and business teams within the Oracle domain. Work with impacted Oracle platform, engineering, and product leaders to track milestones, deliverables, and testing progress. Create and maintain holistic project testing schedules in coordination with cross-functional teams. Develop comprehensive test plans and test strategies, and identify appropriate tools and frameworks to support testing efforts. Create program test summaries and dashboards, and present testing status to VP-level and senior leadership stakeholders. Triage defects and issues by working closely with development and production teams to prioritize fixes ahead of releases. Maintain a strong understanding of production and QA testing processes, acting as a coordination point between teams. Own and update testing inputs for end-to-end project roadmaps, RAID logs, and program test sync calls. Support scaling of QA teams in fast-paced, growth-stage, or enterprise environments. Prepare biweekly and monthly executive leadership updates, including BUR updates. Skill Requirements Large-scale Oracle-based testing project, program, and initiative management Oracle Cloud migration testing program leadership Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, and related Oracle systems End-to-end test planning, test strategy, and test execution governance Program-level test summary, dashboard creation, and executive reporting Cross-functional coordination with Oracle platform, engineering, product, and business teams Defect triage, issue prioritization, and release readiness support QA process management across production and test environments Testing roadmap, RAID tracking, milestone tracking, and program test governance Jira reporting and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud and GCP Key Responsibilities Manage project testing across cross-platform, product, and business teams within the Oracle domain.
