Role Purpose The Test Manager will be responsible for end-to-end test management. This role will ensure robust governance, execution, and reporting across phases. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full testing lifecycle - Define and document the test approach, strategy, and governance framework - Oversee test case creation, quality - Work with users to establish daily test execution forecasts and burndown tracking - Facilitate daily stand-ups - Produce reporting including burndown charts, defect metrics, and progress tracking - Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle Key Skills Experience - Proven Test Manager experience - SIT/UAT delivery expertise - Strong stakeholder management skills Success Measures - Clear and accurate reporting - Effective defect management - Successful delivery with sign-off readiness - Strong testing governance and control
