Job description

The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Work closely with supervisor to implement standard production processes. • Modify or develop new processes / methods for repeatable, reliable and cost-effective manufacturing. • Provide precise feedback to supervisor on Yield issues. • Achieved daily production plan as per cycle time and allocated workload. • Support new product introduction on manufacturing lines. • Preparation of test setup, test protocols and maintaining records. • Handling and supporting is customer inspection activities. • Candidate should have IEC and IEEE standards. • Maintain Hitachi Safety and Quality standard during testing. Ensure compliance of safety guidelines and procedures Your Background • A Diploma in Electrical engineering with first class (above 60%) • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional work experience. • Working knowledge of SAP • Proficient in MS-Office • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills • VSM activity • Lean management Publication date : 2026-09-03
