## Role: Designer ### Key Responsibilities - Research global fashion trends, consumer insights, and seasonal forecasts to develop commercially relevant concepts. - Create innovative fabric, print, colour, and design concepts aligned with market and customer requirements. - Design and develop seasonal product collections that balance creativity with commercial viability. - Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product development from concept to execution. - Partner with customers and internal stakeholders during sampling, product reviews, and approvals to deliver high-quality outcomes. - Drive innovation by exploring new materials, fabric finishes, and sustainable product solutions. ### Ideal Candidate - Graduate in **Textile Design or Fashion Design from NIFT**. - Around **2 years of experience** in textile, fabric, or apparel design. - Strong understanding of fashion trends, colour theory, fabric construction, garment aesthetics, and product development. - Highly creative with an eye for detail and a passion for translating trends into commercially successful products. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
