Third Party Risk Analyst Join us as a Third-Party Risk Analyst You'll support, develop and deliver innovative Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and supply chain solutions that give us a competitive advantage, improves the customer experience and aligns with the bank's cost and risk appetite expectations You'll also support and implement joined-up, global TPRM and supply chain solutions and processes across the bank in accordance with the frameworks and Risk Standard This is a great opportunity where you'll be building strong networks across the industry and other external organisations, including competitors, and developing deep insights and analysis that can be brought back in and utilised within the bank We're offering this role at associate level What you'll do We'll look to you to deliver proactive plans to ensure efficient and effective delivery of TPRM processes in line with our objectives, KPIS and customer requirements. You'll identify and support the development and simplification of processes and procedures that will enhance our proposition aligned with the framework and relevant legal or regulatory requirements to enable the franchise and functions to better manage their risk. You'll also: Deliver proactive plans to ensure efficient delivery and management of risk and supply chain processes align with our customer's needs, the service level agreements and to the required quality Negotiate regulatory driven contractual change with suppliers, undertaking contract and financial signing authority in line with published delegated levels of authority and regional variations Build and maintain strong relationships across TPRM, franchise and functions, 3 lines of defence and Supply Chain and be recognised for delivering excellent service Support effective reporting that can be utilised by the franchise and functions and accountable executives to identify, manage and remediate their external outsourcing (EO) risks Manage queries, where applicable, achieving strong Voice of the Customer feedback and adhering to Service Level Agreements The skills you'll need We're on the lookout for someone with excellent stakeholder management skills, experience of collaborating and influencing others and an understanding of the latest industry TPRM and functional developments and trends. You'll also need: A proven track record in taking ownership for resolving issues with Third Parties Experience of managing simplification including automation or AI The ability to work on your own initiative, be part of a team and encourage and motivate others Experience or understanding of legal and contract law relevant to supply chain Hours 45 Job Posting Closing Date: 14/07/2026 Experience Level Mid Level
