**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** - **User and security management:** Create and manage users and groups, configure authentication methods, and implement security structures like role-based access control (RBAC) and row/column/table level security. - **System administration:** Install, configure, and maintain ThoughtSpot servers, often on Linux-based production environments, and manage system settings, alerts, and backups. - **Performance and health monitoring:** Monitor system health, performance, and user adoption.This includes managing scheduled jobs and optimizing the environment for performance. - **Troubleshooting and support:** Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve problems to ensure system availability. - **Data and environment management:** Manage data modeling, use worksheets to simplify search, and work with different security structures. - **Documentation and training:** Create and maintain technical documentation and train other team members or business users. - **Integration and versioning:** Enable and manage GIT integration for versioning and integrate with other systems as needed.
