Title Search Analyst / Title Examiner (TX, CA, FL & Nationwide)

Job description

We are looking for a skilled **Title Search Analyst / Title Examiner** with experience in US Title Search operations, including **Texas (TX), California (CA), Florida (FL), and Nationwide searches**. The candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive title searches, reviewing property records, identifying title issues, and examining easements affecting the Property in Question (PIQ). **Key Responsibilities** - Perform **Full Title Searches (FL Searches)** for residential and commercial properties. - Examine ownership history, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, tax records, and other encumbrances. - Review and identify **easements, restrictions, rights-of-way, and exceptions** from recorded maps, plats, and survey documents. - Analyze chain of title and identify title defects or curative requirements. - Conduct title searches for properties across TX, CA, FL, and Nationwide jurisdictions. - Prepare accurate title reports and maintain search documentation. - Ensure compliance with client guidelines, state regulations, and quality standards. **Required Skills** - Hands-on experience with: - Online Search (FL) - Data Trace - Data Tree - TitlePoint - Value Check - ResWare - Strong understanding of US Title Insurance and Title Search processes. - Ability to read and interpret legal descriptions, deeds, maps, and survey documents. - Knowledge of easement review and title examination procedures. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach. Preferred Experience - 2+ years of experience in US Title Search/Title Examination. - Experience handling Texas, California, Florida, and Nationwide title search orders. - Exposure to title curative, commitments, and title production processes. **Qualifications** - Graduate in any discipline. - Excellent communication and reporting skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
