Applicants joining Delhivery become part of a high-impact organization shaping the future of logistics in India and beyond. **Role Description** The TL/ATL Delhivery role in Punjab is a full-time, on-site position responsible for supervising day-to-day operations at the local facility. The role involves managing shift performance, overseeing loading and unloading activities, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery, and maintaining adherence to process, safety, and compliance standards. The TL/ATL will coordinate with ground staff, drivers, and partner teams to resolve operational issues, optimize route planning, and improve turnaround times. This role includes monitoring key metrics, conducting daily briefings, updating system records, and ensuring accurate documentation for shipments and inventories. The TL/ATL is also expected to support team development through coaching, fair workload allocation, and fostering a collaborative work environment that aligns with Delhivery’s service and quality standards. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong operations management skills, including shift handling, process adherence, and dispatch planning. - Candidates should possess team leadership skills such as people management, conflict resolution, and performance supervision. - Candidates should possess basic logistics and supply chain knowledge, including hub operations, routing, and shipment tracking. - Candidates should possess clear communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers. - Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to handle exceptions, delays, and service escalations effectively. - Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include prior experience in logistics or warehouse operations, familiarity with technology-based tools or TMS systems, comfort with working in rotational shifts if required, and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations, or a related field.
