**Key Responsibilities** - SLA management and timely policy issuance - Bank reporting & MIS management - Internal & External audit coordination and resolution - Leakage control (Freelook & cancellations) - Process improvement and efficiency initiatives **Eligibility Criteria** - Exposure to policy issuance, MIS, audits, or bank coordination is desirable **Skills Required** - Strong understanding of operations & SLA management - Good analytical and MIS handling skills (Excel proficiency preferred) - Effective communication & stakeholder management skills - Attention to detail with high data accuracy and confidentiality - Problem?solving mindset with focus on process improvement - Ability to work under timelines and manage multiple priorities
