- Handle walk-in customers and resolve queries related to policies - Assist customers with policy issuance, endorsement, and servicing requests - Provide information on premium payments, due dates, and policy status - Process requests such as address change, nomination update, revival, surrender - Verify and validate KYC documents as per compliance requirements - Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation - Guide customers on premium payment options - Follow up on pending premiums and lapsation cases - Support renewal collections - Guide customers on claim procedures and documentation - Coordinate with claims team for timely processing - Provide updates on claim status - Address and resolve customer complaints within TAT - Escalate unresolved issues to concerned teams - Maintain proper records of complaints and resolutions
