Job description

**Manager** The JD is broadly as follows: - S2S business strategy with channels - Automation in SFDC , AI and Other platforms - Training CSEs and CREs on any new automation implementation - Managing stakeholders - Working with Business Intelligence team for analytics - MIS **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute S2S (Service-to-Sales) business strategies in collaboration with various channels to drive operational efficiency and business growth. - Lead automation initiatives across SFDC (Salesforce), AI-driven solutions, and other business platforms to enhance productivity and customer experience. - Conduct training sessions for Customer Service Executives (CSEs) and Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) on new automation tools, processes, and system enhancements. - Manage and engage with key stakeholders across functions to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives and alignment with organizational objectives. - Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. - Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports to track business performance, identify trends, and recommend improvement opportunities. - Monitor project progress, drive continuous process improvements, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
