**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage the tool room operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production deadlines. - Perform routine maintenance tasks on tools, molds, and equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan. - Coordinate with designers to develop new tooling designs and modifications for existing products. - Supervise junior technicians in performing daily tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting tools. **Job Requirements :** - 2-10 years of experience in plastic injection molding or related field. - Strong knowledge of mould maintenance and repair techniques - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
