Job description

Your Key Responsibilities - Working to align with safety culture. - Ensure overall cleanliness and proper functioning of area, tool and machinery. - Trouble shooting, damage tools correction & resolving quality related problems. - Conduct regular inspection and oversee repair & maintenance of all tools at the e-axle line. - Preventive maintenance planning as per time base and shot base/condition base. - Possible root cause analysis of breakdown and permanent solution/design change to not repeating the same. - Accountable for maintaining tool life cycle targets & ensure zero breakdowns in production process. - Thorough understanding of spares and materials. - Modification & refurbishment of tools as per customer requirement. - Ensure that tooling spares and drawings are maintained and managed properly. - Spare tools management and keeping track for procurement. - Ensuring tools health, its performance as well as maintaining the best quality of product. - Interpreting all kinds of technical 2D drawing and 3D models. - Follow up of outsource works. - Preparing customer audits. - New tool inward inspection report & maintain the tools history records. - Attending new tools trials and helping production team. - Knowledge of CAD/CAM software’s is an added advantage - Knowledge of GD&T is must **Your Qualifications** - BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience: 5 to 15 years of professional experience.
