**Job Title:** TPF Developer **Skills:** TPF **Experience: 5-10** years **Location:** Bengaluru/Gr. Noida We at Coforge are hiring TPF Developers with the following skillset: - Breaks technical requirements into actionable tasks for iteration planning with the Scrum team. - Collaborates in coding, testing & building software based on requirements and acceptance criteria. - Assists the Technical Product Manager in preparing requirements for upcoming iterations. - Ensures & maintains high code quality. - Continuously enhances development processes with guidance from the Scrum Master. - Works closely with teams to improve technical practices. - Actively participates in Scrum ceremonies. - Creates high-level design (HLD) documentation. - Supports deployment & feature release processes. - Contributes to the effort estimation & sizing process. - Engages in designing, coding, debugging & testing. - Troubleshoot issues in both test & production environments. - Collaborates with other development teams to deliver new capabilities. - Innovates to enhance application stability & performance. - Understands business requirements & translates them into technical implementation. - Assists in developing technical software documentation. **Required Expertise:** - Technical skills as defined by the program. - Proficiency in development & CI tools. - Strong knowledge of Unix / Linux or as per the program's tech stack requirements. - Minimum 8 years of technical experience, including 3 years in a hands - on technical design lead & programming role. - Expertise in TPF, TPFDF & TPFC.
