Job description

Graduate Engineer preferably from Mechanical stream/ Electronic Stream / Any Engineering Stream. 8 to 12 years of experience in Engineering manufacturing Shop . Shop planning and Procurement . Familiar with Advance machine tools having more than 3 axis CNC controls from FANUC or Siemens , Familiar with machine tools programming language. Deep knowledge and extensive involvement in leadership position in implementation of modern methods/concepts for improving production and uptime of complex machine tools . Knowledge of Modern concepts such as below , very essential - Total productive maintenance (TPM) - SMED- Single Minute Exchange of Die - 6 SIGMA - LEAN MANUFACTURING - AI tools - MAKIGAMI and other Analysis tools - FMEA: Failure Mode Effect Analysis - Basic Knowledge about CNC machine mainteanance - Basic knowledge about Hydraulics, Pneumatics
