**Technical Program Manager (TPM)** **Job Description: Technical Program Manager (TPM)** **Position:** Technical Program Manager **Location:** Hyderabad / Noida **Experience:** 8+ Years **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Summary** We are seeking **Technical Program Managers** to support a large-scale migration initiative. The selected candidates will play a key role in gathering requirements from existing sites, validating them with site owners, and developing a comprehensive and executable migration plan. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, and program coordination skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Collect and document detailed requirements from existing sites and stakeholders. - Collaborate with site owners and cross-functional teams to validate and finalize requirements. - Develop, manage, and publish a comprehensive migration plan covering scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies. - Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Ensure alignment between technical teams, business owners, and leadership. - Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear, concise program updates. - Maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports to ensure transparency and accountability. - Drive end-to-end program execution from planning through delivery. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role. - Strong understanding of technical systems, data flows, and migration processes. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement-gathering skills. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results under deadlines. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving capabilities. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with large-scale platform or data migrations. - Background in working with distributed systems or enterprise environments. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience working with cross‑functional global teams.
