Youll ensure that train performance fulfills customer and regulatory requirements while aligning with project Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives. Day-to-day, youll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (such as System Engineers, Sub-System Engineers, and the Chief of Development), act as the main technical focal point for customers, and drive performance analysis and validation, among other responsibilities. Youll specifically take care of converting customer and regulatory requirements into train-level specifications, but also ensure the consistency and compatibility of sub-system designs and oversee validation and certification processes. **All about you** We value passion and attitude over experience.
