Job Summary- Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs for Amadeus Passenger Revenue Accounting. Enable internal teams and client trainers through structured training, knowledge transfer, and capability building. Key Responsibilities - Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs for PRA modules - Develop training content, manuals, and SOPs - Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions - Enable internal trainers and client SMEs with system knowledge - Assess training effectiveness and learner capability - Support UAT, transition, and knowledge transfer phases - Ensure alignment with business processes and system workflows Requirements - 10+ years in airline PRA with expertise in Amadeus revenue accounting - Experience in training delivery and content development - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience in transition or knowledge transfer engagements Preferred Skills - Instructional design certifications - Experience in large-scale transformation programs - Exposure to process documentation and SOP creation - Ability to train global teams and manage cultural diversity
