**Job Title: TRAINER AR HOSPITAL BILLING (Hyderabad)** **Key Responsibilities -** 1. Should have 4.5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Hospital Billing, preferably with exposure to billing, follow-up, denial management, and AR processes. 2. Should have hands-on experience in MS Office, preferably Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 3. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as the trainer will be involved in new-hire training, transition support, process training, and orienting leaders joining the organization. 4. Should have strong knowledge of Hospital Billing / Revenue Cycle Management processes. 5. Experience as a Trainer / Process Coach / SME is mandatory. 6. Hands-on experience in training content development and ability to use tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning/content development tools. 7. Should be able to conduct process training, refresher training, assessments, and knowledge checks. 8. Should be able to identify training gaps and work with operations to improve quality, productivity, and process knowledge. 9. Should have the ability to simplify complex billing concepts and effectively train employees with different levels of process knowledge. **Qualifications -** - Education: Any Bachelor's Degree - Location: Hyderabad - Experience: 4.5+ years in US Healthcare / Hospital Billing / RCM, with mandatory training experience - Notice Period: 15 days **Preferred Skills -** - Strong knowledge of US Healthcare AR Hospital Billing - Understanding of claims, denials, AR follow-up, payment posting, and billing workflows - Experience in training delivery and content development - Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage training sessions independently **Interested candidates can share their updated resume at:** **Suriyakala.Rajasekar@omegahms.com**
