**Trainer Telematics, FASTag & Financial Service** Experience 5 years in **training, sales enablement, or field operations**, preferably in Telematics, Fleet, or BFSI sectors Role Summary The Trainer will **design, deliver, and evaluate training programs** for sales, operations, and field teams on **Telematics products (GPS, Fuel Sensors), FASTag, and Financial Services (loans, insurance, fleet finance)**. The role ensures teams are **knowledgeable, compliant, and performance-ready**, driving better customer engagement and sales results. Key Responsibilities 1. Training Design & Delivery - Develop structured training modules for **Telematics, FASTag, Fuel Cards, and Financial Services products**. - Conduct classroom, field, and virtual sessions for **sales teams, Field Officers, and operations staff**. - Prepare training materials, presentations, handbooks, and product manuals. 2. Team Enablement & Performance Improvement - Coach and mentor sales and operations teams to improve **product knowledge, sales pitch, and process compliance**. - Conduct post-training assessments and provide feedback to improve team performance. - Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps. 3. Product Knowledge & Updates - Stay updated on **new products, process changes, and industry regulations**. - Train teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators. - Support launch of new offerings (e.g., FASTag campaigns, Telematics solutions, Financial products). 4. Monitoring & Reporting - Track training effectiveness through metrics such as **knowledge retention, sales improvement, and compliance adherence**. - Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management. - Recommend improvements to training content and delivery methods. 5. Field Support - Accompany field teams for **hands-on training, product demos, and customer engagement guidance**. - Support problem-solving during real-time field challenges. Skills & Qualifications - Graduate in any discipline; MBA or relevant certification preferred - 5 years experience in **training, sales enablement, or field operations** - Knowledge of **Telematics, FASTag, Fuel Cards, and Financial Services products** preferred - Strong **presentation, communication, and coaching skills** - Ability to **engage, motivate, and upskill field teams** - Comfortable with **frequent travel for field training programs**
