Job Title: Executive - Training Location: Gurugram Sector 14 Working Days: 6 Experience Required: 1 - 2 Years (Training, learning & development, or a related field) What we are looking for: HexaHealth is a leading healthcare organization committed to delivering seamless patient experiences. We are looking for a Training Executive to drive training initiatives, ensuring employees are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Eligibility: ● Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. ● Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. ● Knowledge about BQM. ● Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho preferred) and an understanding of healthcare processes. ● Adaptability and ability to train employees at different experience levels. Job Responsibilities: ● Conduct NHT for new joiners and performance improvement (PIP) employees. ● Conduct refresher training for the employees to improve their quality parameters. ● Deliver on-the-job training (OJT) and structured onboarding sessions for new hires. ● Organize and execute product/disease training to enhance employees' medical knowledge. ● Develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning content for better knowledge retention. ● Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms. ● Identify skill gaps and implement customized training programs to improve productivity. ● Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives. ● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance training effectiveness. ● Perform call monitoring and quality audits as per operational requirements and availability.
