JD for Training, Logistic Improvement and Kaizen Incharge Education – Diploma - Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical/Electronic Engineering. Experience – 4 Years – 9 Years Desigination – SE/AM Location – Kharkhoda Roles & Responsibilities - Responsible for managing, coordinating and conducting all training programs for new as well as Experience manpower. - Shop Improvement activities (Kaizen). - overseeing all aspects of material flow management inside plant, Material variance analysis, Packaging improvement, BOM Checking etc. - Handling voice of customer and resolution of problem at earliest. - Preparation of weekly & monthly reports for management reporting. **Functional/Technical:** - Experience of process analysis and improvement. - Experience of Vehicle Manufacturing Process of 4 Wheeler Industry - Planning and Problem-solving Skills - Co-ordination and communication with other stake holders. - Can read and prepare engineering drawings. - Hand on Experience of kaizen activites. - Hand on Experience of MS Excel and power point.
