**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** - Must have some technical training experience ( Any one of the IPTelephony product ( Cisco, Aavaya, Broadsoft ) - Must be abletocreate / curate content for training - Must know howtomeasure the success of training , create KPIs, adhoc retraining sessions and maintain performance of trained associates once productionized. **Good-to-Have** - Good knowledge on SIP - Optional but preferred - Good knowledge on VOIP - Optional but preferred - Good knowledge on Azure - Optional but preferred - Good knowledge on Voice Recording solutions- Optional but preferred **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** - Must have the dynamismtotake up adhoc trainings for team members - Must be oktolearn about new technologies associated with the product and teach the sametoteam - Must be capable of managing inductions for new joiners and adhoc trainings for existing members
