**ROLE SUMMARY** Stanza Living is looking for a Training Manager L&D to drive high-quality training delivery and learning administration across our distributed, frontline-heavy workforce. This role combines hands-on training facilitation with meticulous end-to-end L&D operations from content curation using Gen AI tools to disciplined tracking of the training budget against actuals. You will travel extensively across India, working closely with site and business teams to execute learning interventions that build real capability on the ground. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - **Training Delivery & Field Execution** - **Content Curation & Gen AI Enablement** - **L&D Administration & Budget Governance** - **Stakeholder Management & Planning** **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE** - 5+ years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 3-3.5 years specifically in Learning & Development. - Experience in multi-unit, distributed, or frontline environments (real estate, hospitality, retail, or similar preferred). - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Hands-on experience in content curation, including use of Generative AI tools for L&D. - Excellent training delivery and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse, geographically spread audiences. - Meticulous and highly organised, with proven experience managing L&D administration and budget tracking (actuals vs. annual plan). - Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Hospitality, or a related field. - Prior experience supporting L&D operations across 25+ sites or in a high-growth, multi-location organisation. - Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and training authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, iSpring, or similar). - Exposure to training budget management or MIS reporting in a previous role. - Certifications in L&D, training delivery, or facilitation (e.g., ATD, POSH trainer certification, or equivalent).
