We are looking for a Transaction Consultant, Transaction Management, APAC Location: Gurugram What This Job Involves Supporting transactions across the APAC region: You will provide essential analytical and administrative support for Transaction Management (TM) services delivered to some of the world's largest companies across Asia. This entry-level role is perfect for someone starting their career in commercial real estate, offering extensive learning opportunities while contributing to high-impact transactions. You'll work closely with senior team members to gain hands-on experience in real estate consulting and transaction management.Learning & Development Focus As a Senior Analyst in an entry-level capacity, you will receive mentorship and training while supporting senior team members in executing real estate strategies. You'll learn about transaction processes, client management, market analysis, and industry best practices while contributing to real projects. Building Commercial Understanding You will develop foundational analytical skills by working on financial comparison documents, learning about budget processes, and understanding revenue tracking. You'll gain exposure to JLL's technology platforms and learn how to deliver value-added services to clients. Professional Relationship Building You will learn to build working relationships with internal teams and external partners. You'll support client interactions while learning account management principles and understanding client service standards in a professional services environment. Global Account Exposure You will gain valuable early-career experience working on global accounts, learning how regional delivery aligns with global strategies. You'll support senior team members while developing an understanding of international business practices and client solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Analytical Support: Provide basic to medium-level analytical support for TM activities, including preparation of basic portfolio reports and client analysis to support decision-making processes • Transaction Communication Support: Assist with communication support for straightforward transactions, helping to ensure clear information flow between all parties involved • Client Meeting Support: Attend client meetings alongside senior team members to learn client management skills and support meeting preparation and follow-up activities • Data Management & Financial Analysis: Maintain accurate system data and prepare basic financial comparisons for different real estate options to support TM managers • Internal Stakeholder Communication: Communicate primarily with internal stakeholders to support lease projects, learning proper protocols and communication channels • Market Research Support: Gather market information and reports from internal brokers, assist with individual market rent assessments under supervision to build market knowledge • Documentation & Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation and regular updating of various reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documentation and paperwork when required to support multilingual client needs • Presentation Support: Assist senior team members in creating presentation materials and pitching deck pages for client meetings and proposals Sound Like You?
