**Job Responsibilities** The key result areas (KRAs) will be 1) prospect to SOW conversion % 2) quality of deliverables (proposals, due diligence reports) 3) internal stakeholder / external customer feedback Active involvement and ownership in the **proactive/reactive assignments, solutions/use case/offerings development** - Create pro-active proposals for clients in discussion with sales teams - Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and align objectives - Conceptualization, planning and delivery of AI led use cases, solution for clients - Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and business cases to senior leadership and stakeholders - Present proposed solutions to end clients - Good understanding of pricing models, engagement models and operating models - Strong skills in story-telling and building narratives in the backdrop of client requirements, covering operations run, Digital transformation and Change. **Must have's** - Techno functional skill set - Technical knowledge of Gen AI/LLM, Agentic AI, Low code no code platforms - Domain/functional knowledge of banking and financial services processes - Experience in leading large-scale transformation projects in the BFS domain - Conceptualization, planning and delivery of AI led use cases, solution for clients - Experience of leading teams (direct and cross-functional) is a pre-requisite - Design and execute transformation assessments to evaluate the feasibility, impact, and ROI of proposed process changes or digital transformation initiatives
