Role Summary The Transformation Practitioner supports the execution of enterprise and technology transformation programs within Coforge’s Transformation Consulting practice. The role applies a working knowledge of Agile principles and Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks to help deliver structured change activities, communication plans, learning content, and stakeholder engagement materials that accelerate adoption and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Execute OCM activities aligned to frameworks such as **ADKAR** , **Kotter 8-Step** , or equivalent enterprise change models. - Develop and deliver high-impact **communications** , **training** , and **awareness materials** consistent with **MARCOM** and **IABC** standards. - Support transformation initiatives by coordinating stakeholder sessions, capturing feedback, and tracking adoption metrics. - Create engaging **PowerPoint presentations** , **Word deliverables** , and **Excel dashboards** for leadership and project reporting. - Assist in documenting transformation playbooks, lessons learned, and reusable knowledge-base assets in **Confluence** , **SharePoint** , or similar repositories. Required Qualifications - **3–8 years** of experience supporting **Agile-based programs or transformations** , with strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). - **3–6 years** of **IT transformation experience** leveraging **ADKAR** , **Kotter 8-Step** , or similar OCM frameworks. - **Excellent written and oral communication skills** ; proven ability to craft MARCOM/IABC-style messaging for multiple audiences. - **Advanced proficiency in MS 365** , especially **PowerPoint** , **Word** , and **Excel** . - **Graphic design proficiency** in **Adobe Illustrator** or comparable tool.
