**Job Description: Lead specific divisions within the orga Job Description** - Drive digital transformation for a portfolio of clients within the F&A domain in line with the latest technology advancements - Excellent external and internal stakeholder management leading to successful delivery of large-scale transformation programs - Lead transformation led discussions with existing clients and help building a transformation roadmap - Enable transformation led wins in new deals through innovative and industry leading solutions that are domain focused - Design cutting edge transformation solutions in response to RFXs leveraging technology, analytics and data led solutions - Setup and manage a transformation team that works as an embedded part of the delivery organization - Generate and monitor transformation led revenue as a key metric and help drive pipeline for growth - Demonstrate excellent program management skills along with the ability to drive multiple concurrent transformation programs - Deploy learnings from driving transformation programs in other organizations as best practices - Work with cross functional teams, i.e., technology, analytics, capability, delivery and partners to create a confluence of skillsets that works across geographies and industries - Responsibilities: Drive digital transformation for a portfolio of clients within the F&A domain in line with the latest technology advancements - Excellent external and internal stakeholder management leading to successful delivery of large-scale transformation programs - Lead transformation led discussions with existing clients and help building a transformation roadmap - Enable transformation led wins in new deals through innovative and industry leading solutions that are domain focused - Design cutting edge transformation solutions in response to RFXs leveraging technology, analytics and data led solutions - Setup and manage a transformation team that works as an embedded part of the delivery organization - Generate and monitor transformation led revenue as a key metric and help drive pipeline for growth - Demonstrate excellent program management skills along with the ability to drive multiple concurrent transformation programs - Deploy learnings from driving transformation programs in other organizations as best practices - Work with cross functional teams, i.e., technology, analytics, capability, delivery and partners to create a confluence of skillsets that works across geographies and industries - Experience in creating and running large transformation proposals with understanding of as-is process data leading to identification of white spaces and a strong transformation roadmap creation - Qualifications: Digital Transformation Experience on Pre-sales, Solution, Automation COE, Process discovery and gold process transformation roadmap creation leveraging Robotics, Cognitive AI and other new age technologies - At least 18-20 years of Digital transformation experience with majority of that across F&A domain. - Hold conversations with CXO / CXO -1, lead solution defense and manage ambiguous client situations - Understanding of BPaaS, New Age disruptive technologies and build applicability in business processes - People management skills
