**About The Role** - Good knowledge to work and managewith Transport automation tool - Formulating and Leading costsaving initiatives - Initiating multiple operationalplans on the transportation - Monitoring the day to dayoperations - Ensuring OTA & OTD above90% - Briefing the drivers Bi-Weekly - Ensuring the routing is donein a way that there is no female employeefirst pick-up or last drop off duringSecured hours - Cross verifying the routing& deployment of the vehicles - If required coordinating withDrivers directly for timely logins - Responding to the mails onpriority - Checking the accuracy of daily,weekly & monthly report shared - Initiating new MIS reports - Consolidation of monthlyreports - Ensuring 100% compliance inall the vehicles - Ensuring 100% adherence to theHSE requirement - Cross verifying the updatedvehicle documents - Conducting the stake holdersmeeting & addressing their concerns/query - Ensuring employee satisfactionat all times - Conducting meeting withdrivers & vendor team addressing their issues - Capturing the vendorperformance metrics as per SLA - Surprise checking of thedrivers for the consumption of alcohol-BAC check - Managing the security guards& supervisor - Briefing the guards &explaining them about their roles & responsibilities - Ensuring the guardsutilization is 100% - Monitoring the tracking ofvehicles & ensuring the female employee safety - Ensuring all the vehicle tripsheets are authenticated by the respective employees - Ensuring on time PO/PR,Billing , Invoicing, Processing and follow-up for the timely payment - Reporting to the Transport Manageron day to day operations In addition to theabove-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given byManagement, within the purview of the contract. **Qualifications** Completed Diploma/Any Degree. **Majorstrengths** - Good communication (verbal & written) skills - Listeningskills - Initiatingnew ideas & planning - Tobe a good team player - Hardworking & dedication towards work **Working conditions** - Feasible to work in any Shifts - Team bonding
