**Job Title** Transport Manager **Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **Operations Coordination** - Assist in planning and managing transport schedules and routes - Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and logistics teams for timely deliveries - Monitor daily fleet operations and ensure optimum utilization - Track shipments and resolve delays or disruptions **Fleet Vehicle Management** - Maintain records of vehicles, maintenance schedules, and fuel usage - Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition - Coordinate repairs, servicing, and inspections **Compliance Documentation** - Ensure compliance with transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies - Maintain documentation such as permits, insurance, licenses, and logs - Prepare reports on transport activities, costs, and performance metrics **Team Support Supervision** - **Assist in supervising drivers and transport staff** - **Monitor driver performance, attendance, and behavior** - **Support training initiatives related to safety and operations** **Cost Efficiency Management** - **Monitor fuel consumption and operational costs** - **Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement** - **Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting** **Safety Risk Management** - **Ensure adherence to road safety standards and company safety protocols** - **Handle emergency transport situations or breakdowns** - **Conduct safety checks and awareness programs** **Skills** - Strong organizational and coordination skills - Knowledge of transport/logistics operations - Familiarity with fleet management systems or GPS tracking tools - Good communication and problem-solving abilities - Basic analytical skills for reporting and cost control **Experience** - 5-7 years of experience in transport/logistics operations (preferred) INCO: Cushman Wakefield
