Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Develop, enhance, and maintain **Tungsten product features**, modules, and integrations. - Collaborate with product owners to translate business requirements into **technical specifications** and working solutions. - Design clean, scalable architectures and write highquality, maintainable code. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Tungsten ecosystem. - Ensure product stability through **unit testing, integration testing, and automation-friendly design**. - Optimize application performance, security, and user experience. - Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and Agile ceremonies. - Work closely with QA to enable automated testing and maintain high-quality standards. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to elevate the Tungsten platform. - Produce clear technical documentation, API specs, and deployment notes. **Required Skills & Experience** - The candidate must be Tungsten certified, with validated expertise in developing and supporting Tungsten platform solutions - Strong experience in **full-stack development** (backend + frontend). - Proficiency in relevant **Tungsten tech stack** (e.g., C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, APIscustomize as applicable). - Experience building **enterprise-grade SaaS products**, workflows, rules engines, or document processing systems. - Strong understanding of **REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and CI/CD pipelines**. - Solid grounding in **software engineering principles**, design patterns, and code quality standards. - Experience working in **Agile development environments**. - Ability to analyze business processes and design efficient, scalable solutions. - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
