Team members benefit from working in a dynamic environment with exposure to diverse financial services and growth opportunities within a reputed organization. **Role Description** The Two-Wheeler Credit Collection Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing collection activities for the two-wheeler loan portfolio. This full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam includes monitoring overdue accounts, following up with customers via calls and visits, and negotiating payment plans in line with company policies. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring timely updates in collection systems, and preparing regular reports on collection performance and portfolio health. The manager is expected to maintain compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines, minimize delinquencies and write-offs, and support continuous improvement in collection processes. **Qualifications** - Strong experience in credit collections or recovery, preferably in retail lending or two-wheeler finance. - Proficiency in customer communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution to manage sensitive collection interactions effectively. - Ability to analyze account data, track collection metrics, and prepare concise reports for management. - Knowledge of basic banking and financial concepts, lending processes, and regulatory guidelines relevant to collections. - Comfort with using collection systems, CRM tools, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for everyday operations. - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases and priorities under time constraints. - Strong ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to maintaining a professional, non-discriminatory approach with customers and colleagues. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience in collections may be considered in lieu of formal education. - Familiarity with the local market in and around Ernakulam and willingness to travel locally as required for on-site collection activities.
