**Job Description** ***Mandatory Skills:*** Cisco IPCC & UC Skills - UCCE, CUIC, CVR, CVP, CUCM, Cisco IM & presence. CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, Voice Gateways, CUBE, Packet Capture, Reading Logs – Traces & Debugs. ***Job Description:*** - Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) - Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC) - ICM & CVR - Agents Desktops, Finesse, CTIOS, AppSpace, PG. - Advanced experience with ICM / UCCE scripting utilizing Script Editor. - Understand UCCE Database Schema and ability to use queries against the databases. - Troubleshooting UCCE, CVP, CUIC and Agent Desktops. - Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting. - Scripting for call flow change or Holiday request. - Cisco Call Manager at some instances - Cisco IPCC & UC Skills - CUCX, CVP, CUCM, Cisco IM & presence - Hands on Experience with Cisco voice Devices & Products viz. Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Unified Call Manager Express, Cisco Unity, Cisco IPCC Express, Cisco Voice Gateway, Cisco IPT.
