**Required Skills & Experience** **• 7+ years of relevant experience in UI, visual, or web design, preferably on large-** **scale website projects** **• Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including design systems and shared** **libraries** **• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite** **• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web layout behaviour (preferred)** **• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices** **• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within timelines** **• Ability to apply feedback quickly while maintaining consistency and quality** **• Experience in mentoring or managing a small team and tracking deliverables**
