UI Developer

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive user interfaces using React/Angular/Flutter based on project needs. - Build highly engaging Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) with offline support and modern browser capabilities. - Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behaviours, pain points, and needs. - Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. - Ensure UX consistency and best practices across web, mobile, and responsive platforms. - Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and lead design discussions with clarity and confidence. - Implement reusable components, front-end architecture patterns, and coding best practices. - Integrate front-end solutions with backend APIs and ensure seamless data flow and performance. - Optimize UI performance for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility. - Ensure UI/UX consistency through adherence to design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards. - Debug and resolve UI issues, perform code reviews, and maintain high-quality documentation. - Work closely with product, QA, and engineering teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality features on time.
