Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of UiPath and its application in automating business processes. - Have experience in developing and deploying UiPath workflows in a hybrid work model. - Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing UiPath solutions. - Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. - Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UiPath development. - Display strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in mentoring and training junior developers is nice to have. - Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies is nice to have. **Certifications Required** UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer
