Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of MEAN/MERN stack applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and implement best practices. Minimum Qualifications: - B.Tech in Computer Science or related field. - 5-8 years of experience in MEAN/MERN stack development. - Proficiency in Angular and React. - Strong understanding of Node.js and MongoDB. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Express.js and building RESTful services. - Proven track record of leading development teams. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities. Good to have skills: TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Agile methodologies - Knowledge of more than one technology - Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals - Knowledge of Testing tools - Knowledge of agile methodologies - Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects - Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes - Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements - Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills - Good understanding of the technology and domain - Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods - Awareness of latest technologies and trends - Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
