**Job Title:** UI/UX Designer **Experience:** 5+ Years **Location:** Bangalore **Notice Period:** Immediate to 15 Days Job Summary We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing. The candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create engaging user experiences across web and mobile applications. Key Responsibilities - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications. - Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with business objectives. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve product experiences. - Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices. - Present and defend design concepts and decisions to stakeholders. Required Skills - Strong experience in UI/UX Design. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator. - Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and information architecture. - Good understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards. - Knowledge of usability testing methodologies and user-centered design practices. - Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS products, or consumer-facing platforms. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and case studies
