Backed by key RBI licenses including Payment Aggregator and PPI Issuer, EnKash enables businesses to automate financial operations with compliance and control. **About the Role** We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and AI-forward UI/UX Designer to join our Product team. This role will focus on crafting intuitive, user-centric, and visually compelling experiences across EnKash’s platform while leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate design, improve quality, and drive innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals and user needs into impactful design solutions, while championing the adoption of AI across the design process. **Key Responsibilities** • AI-Native Product Design: Use AI-powered design tools such as Claude Design, Figma Make, Vercel v0, and similar platforms to rapidly translate product requirements into intuitive, production-ready user experiences. • End-to-End Product Design: Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs across web and mobile products. • AI-Accelerated Design Workflow: Leverage AI to speed up ideation, UX writing, prototyping, design exploration, and iteration while ensuring usability, accessibility, and design quality. • User Research & Validation: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyse product insights to validate design decisions and continuously improve the user experience. • Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and design documentation to ensure consistency across products. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering and business teams to transform business requirements into simple, scalable, and user-centric experiences. • Continuous Innovation: Evaluate and adopt emerging AI design capabilities and workflows that improve design velocity, quality, and collaboration across the product development lifecycle. **What We’re Looking For** • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B product companies. • Strong portfolio showcasing dashboards, workflows, complex product experiences, and user-centric design solutions. • Proficiency in Figma, with hands-on experience using AI-first design tools such as Figma Make, Claude Design, Vercel v0, or similar platforms to accelerate product design and prototyping. • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Galileo AI, Uizard, or similar platforms for ideation, UX writing, user flows, prototyping, research synthesis, and design iterations. • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design. • Experience creating interactive prototypes and validating designs through user research, usability testing, and data-driven iterations. • AI-first mindset with a proactive approach to adopting new tools and automating design workflows to improve speed, quality, and collaboration. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, and business teams. **Nice-to-Have Skills** • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Experience working in Agile product development environments. • Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems. • Knowledge of AI-assisted UX research, prompt engineering, design automation, or workflow optimisation tools. • Curiosity to explore emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications that improve product design and team productivity. **Why Join EnKash?** • Opportunity to work in a high-growth fintech environment • Collaborate with a dynamic and innovative product team • High ownership role with direct product impact • Competitive compensation and growth opportunities **How to Apply** Send your resume to: careers@enkash.com
