**Job Description: Required Technical Skills** **Design Tools** - Hands-on experience with: - Figma - Adobe XD - Sketch - Photoshop / Illustrator (preferred) **UI/UX Skills** - Strong understanding of: - User-centered design principles - Responsive and mobile-first design - Information architecture - Interaction design - Visual hierarchy and typography - Accessibility standards and usability principles **Prototyping & Research** - Experience in: - Wireframing and prototyping - User journey mapping - Conducting usability testing - Design thinking methodologies **Collaboration & Handoff** - Familiarity with: - Agile/Scrum methodologies - Developer handoff processes - Design systems and component libraries **Responsibilities: Role Overview** We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–5 years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and modern UI design practices for web and mobile applications. The candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to transform business requirements into seamless and impactful user experiences. **Key Responsibilities** - Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research, usability studies, and gather feedback to improve user experience. - Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes. - Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into effective design solutions. - Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and design systems. - Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and usability. - Participate in design reviews and iterative improvement cycles. - Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Maintain and evolve reusable design components and UI libraries. - Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices. **Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Applications, or related field. - Experience designing enterprise applications, dashboards, or AI-enabled products. - Exposure to healthcare, fintech, supply chain, or e-commerce domains is a plus. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks is an advantage.
