**Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services!!** **Role : UI / Visual Designer** **Experience : 3 to 7 Years** **Location Thane** **Mode of Interview: Virtual** **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** - Translate UX wireframes and concepts into high-fidelity visual designs for web and - mobile applications. - Create visually engaging UI layouts, design components, and screen designs using - industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator). - Define and apply Visual/UI Design principles across products. - Ensure visual consistency across platforms by contributing to and maintaining design - systems and UI component libraries. - Collaborate closely with UX designers to enhance usability through strong visual - storytelling. - Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs and pixel-perfect - execution. - Ensure designs adhere to responsive design principles and accessibility standards. - Explore and apply modern UI trends while balancing scalability and brand alignment. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - 37 years of experience in UI / Visual Design for web and mobile applications. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI and visual design work (mandatory). - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, grids, and visual design principles. - Experience designing responsive and scalable UI components. - Ability to interpret brand guidelines and apply them effectively across products. - Good communication and collaboration skills
