**About Position:** We are seeking an experienced UiPath Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions for a large-scale Personal Auto & Home Policy Rewrite Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end automation architecture, integration strategies, governance frameworks, and production readiness for mission-critical business processes. This role requires deep expertise in UiPath architecture, scalable workflow design, enterprise integrations, and stakeholder collaboration, working closely with US-based business and technology teams to drive successful automation outcomes. - **Role: UiPath Architect** - **Location: Pune** - **Experience: 8 to 12 Years** - **Job Type: Full Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Design end-to-end UiPath automation solutions for policy rewrite and servicing workflows. - Define scalable automation architectures using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Attended and Unattended Robots. - Establish reusable frameworks, design standards, and best practices for enterprise automation programs. - Create technical solution documents, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps. - Architect orchestration patterns using queues, REFramework, transaction processing models, retry mechanisms, and exception-handling frameworks. - Design resilient automation solutions capable of handling complex and exception-heavy business processes. - Develop strategies for compensation handling, workflow recovery, and business continuity. - Design integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, web services, JSON-based interfaces, and data exchange mechanisms. - Define integration architectures across web, desktop, legacy, and enterprise applications. - Ensure seamless interoperability between automation platforms and business systems. - Establish governance frameworks and automation standards across the RPA ecosystem. - Define security models including role-based access controls, credential management, and compliance controls. - Implement secure credential storage using UiPath Orchestrator Assets and Credential Stores. - Ensure compliance with enterprise security, audit, and regulatory requirements. - Define Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments. - Establish deployment pipelines, release management processes, and environment governance standards. - Support version control, release planning, and change management activities. - Define monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational support frameworks. - Establish runbooks, support models, escalation processes, and production support guidelines. - Ensure automation solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready. - Support UAT, go-live activities, hypercare, and post-production stabilization. - Guide and mentor UiPath developers and technical teams. - Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and solution assessments. - Collaborate with US client stakeholders, architects, business analysts, and delivery teams. - Drive continuous improvement in automation quality, scalability, and operational efficiency. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - 8-12 years of overall IT experience with 4-6+ years of UiPath architecture and automation experience. - Strong hands-on expertise in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, Attended Robots, and Unattended Robots. - Deep understanding of REFramework, queue-based processing, transaction management, and scalable bot design. - Expertise in exception handling, logging frameworks, monitoring, and automation performance optimization. - Strong experience designing enterprise-grade automation architectures and governance frameworks. - Experience with REST APIs, JSON, web services, and enterprise integration patterns. - Strong knowledge of environment management, release management, deployment strategies, and Dev/Test/Prod governance. - Experience implementing secure credential management, role-based access controls, and audit compliance standards. - Expertise supporting UAT, production deployments, go-live activities, and hypercare support. - Experience leading automation architecture discussions and client-facing engagements. - Ability to work directly with US business and technology stakeholders from offshore delivery locations. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities. - Experience within Insurance, Financial Services, or Enterprise Automation environments is preferred. - Strongly preferred experience in US Personal Auto & Home Insurance Policy Servicing and Policy Rewrite Automation. -
