Our 27,500+ global team members, located in 18 countries, have been instrumental in helping the market leaders transform their industries. **About Position** We are looking for a hands-on UiPath Lead Developer to design, develop, and lead the delivery of enterprise-scale RPA solutions for a US Personal Auto Insurance Policy Rewrite and Servicing Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust automation workflows, defining integration strategies, ensuring production readiness, and mentoring a small offshore development team. This role requires strong expertise in UiPath, workflow orchestration, exception handling, governance, and automation best practices while working closely with US business and technology stakeholders. - **Role: UiPath Lead Developer** - **Location: Pune** - **Experience: Between 5 to 8 Years** - **Job Type: Full Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Design and develop UiPath automation workflows using Sequences, Flowcharts, and State Machines. - Build automation solutions for policy rewrite, policy servicing, data validation, exception processing, and system interaction workflows. - Develop reusable automation components and frameworks using REFramework and industry best practices. - Create scalable, maintainable, and high-performing automation solutions. - Implement integrations with REST APIs, web services, enterprise applications, desktop applications, and Excel-based processes. - Design and develop automation solutions across web, desktop, and enterprise platforms. - Configure data exchange and system integration workflows using modern integration patterns. - Manage authentication mechanisms, data mapping, and API connectivity requirements. - Implement queue-based processing, transaction frameworks, retry mechanisms, and exception handling strategies. - Develop resilient automation solutions with strong fault tolerance and recovery mechanisms. - Optimize bot performance and conduct root cause analysis for production issues. - Establish logging and monitoring frameworks to improve operational visibility. - Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator including Job scheduling - Queue management - Asset and credential management - Robot monitoring and execution control - Define and implement security governance standards. - Manage credential vault usage, role-based access controls, and environment segregation. - Ensure compliance with organizational governance and operational standards. - Drive Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) activities across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments. - Manage packaging, versioning, deployment, and release readiness activities. - Support UAT execution, defect triage, production deployment, and hypercare activities. - Create operational runbooks, SOPs, support documentation, and monitoring procedures. - Ensure automation solutions are production-ready and supportable. - Lead daily delivery activities and coordinate sprint tasks. - Mentor and guide UiPath developers and junior team members. - Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices. - Collaborate with US stakeholders, Business Analysts, Architects, and project teams. - Drive continuous improvement in automation quality, delivery efficiency, and operational excellence. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - 5-8 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on UiPath development expertise. - Extensive experience with UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and Attended/Unattended Robots. - Deep understanding of REFramework, transaction processing, queue-based automation, and scalable bot development. - Strong expertise in selectors, dynamic UI automation, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization. - Experience integrating automation solutions using REST APIs, JSON, web services, and enterprise applications. - Strong knowledge of exception handling frameworks, logging strategies, and automation monitoring. - Experience implementing secure automation solutions using role-based access controls and credential management. - Hands-on experience with environment management and deployment strategies across Dev, Test, UAT, and Production. - Strong understanding of automation architecture, workflow design, and enterprise automation best practices. - Programming exposure in VB.NET, C#, or Python is preferred. - Experience with performance tuning, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Experience working in Agile development environments and distributed delivery teams. - Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders. - xperience in US Personal Auto and Home Insurance policy lifecycle processes. - Understanding of policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and servicing workflows. - Exposure to policy rewrite, conversion, and exception-heavy insurance business processes. **Values-Driven, P
