Job Summary We are currently seeking a UiPath RPA Administrator to join our team in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN). Responsibilities • A UiPath RPA Administrator sits somewhere between a Power Platform admin, application administrator, and automation platform engineer. The role is usually responsible for the UiPath platform itself rather than developing automations. • Core Technical Skills • This is the most important skill area. • You should understand: • Tenants and folders • Users, groups, and roles • Robot provisioning • Machine templates • Assets • Queues • Triggers/schedules • Packages and libraries • Monitoring and logs • High availability and upgrades • Identity Security • Most organizations integrate UiPath with Entra ID (Azure AD). • Skills include: • SSO and SAML • Active Directory / Entra ID integration • RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) • Service accounts • Credential management • CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, or Azure Key Vault integrations • Audit and compliance requirements • Infrastructure Skills • Depending on deployment model: • UiPath Automation Cloud • Tenant management • Licensing • Network connectivity • Governance policies • UiPath On-Prem • Windows Server • IIS • SQL Server • Certificates • Load balancers • Backup/recovery • Disaster recovery • Database Knowledge • Not necessarily DBA-level, but you should understand: • SQL Server basics • Reading logs and queries • Performance troubleshooting • Database maintenance concepts • Automation Knowledge • Even if you''re not a developer, it helps to understand: • UiPath Studio • REFramework • Attended vs Unattended bots • Transaction processing • Exception handling • Version control concepts • Monitoring Support • A lot of the admin role is troubleshooting. • Common tasks: • Failed jobs • Expired credentials • Queue failures • Licensing issues • Package deployment issues • Robot connectivity • Certificate problems • Permission issues • PowerShell Scripting • Very valuable for: • User provisioning • License reporting • Bulk updates • Health checks • API integrations • Languages often used • PowerShell • REST APIs • JSON • Governance Compliance • An experienced UiPath admin should understand: • Change management • Production deployments • Segregation of duties • Audit requirements • Bot lifecycle management • Disaster recovery planning
