- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, Front-End Development, or Design Engineering. - Strong portfolio showcasing research, design, and shipped products. - Strong portfolio demonstrating research, UX thinking, visual design, and implemented products. - Experience with UX research methods and usability testing. - Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools. - Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React or similar frameworks. - Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
