If you have a proven track record of sourcing and placing high-quality IT professionals across the UK, Europe, or the US, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **Please Note:** This role is strictly for candidates with **International IT Recruitment** experience. Candidates with only domestic (Indian) recruitment experience will not be considered. **Key Responsibilities** - **End-to-End Recruitment:** Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to negotiating offers and onboarding. - **Sourcing Excellence:** Utilize international job boards (e.g., Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, CV-Library, Reed) to identify niche IT talent. - **Candidate Relationship Management:** Build strong talent pipelines and maintain great relationships with passive candidates. - **Market Intelligence:** Stay updated on UK/European IT market trends, visa requirements (e.g., Inside/Outside IR35 for the UK, sponsorships), and salary benchmarks. - **Collaboration:** Coordinate closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality profiles under tight deadlines. **Candidate Profile & Requirements** - **Experience:** **2 to 5 years** of solid experience in **US, UK, or European IT Recruitment** (Mandatory). - **Location:** Must be a **local resident of Hyderabad** (as this is a hybrid role requiring regular office visits). - **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of diverse IT skills, frameworks, and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Cyber Security, Data Science). - **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with international candidates. - **Work Ethic:** High energy, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with UK shift alignments. **What We Offer** - Competitive fixed salary + attractive performance-linked incentives. - Flexible **Hybrid Work Model** (collaborative office days + work-from-home flexibility). - Health insurance and employee wellness benefits. - A vibrant, growth-oriented work culture.
